The Four-Step Process

Interior Sanding & Cleaning

We sand and clean the interior surfaces to remove buildup, discolouration, and anything that's accumulated since the last service. The result is a refreshed interior that looks and smells the way a sauna should.

2.

Exterior Restoration Sanding

The exterior takes the brunt of the weather. We sand back the surface to remove graying, UV damage, and surface weathering — getting back to clean wood before we protect it.

3.

Osmo 410 Sealant Application

We apply Osmo 410 exterior wood finish — a premium hardwax oil that penetrates the wood rather than sitting on the surface. It protects against moisture and UV without cracking, peeling, or sealing out the wood's natural movement.

4.

Band Tightening

Exterior bands work and loosen over time. We check and tighten them to maintain a consistent, secure fit — a small detail that matters for both appearance and structural integrity.
